The case is, the company has increased its Cash Credit facilities from 1Crore to 4Crore on 28th July, 2006 and filed a Form 8 for modification with ROC on 1st Sept,2006. But ROC raised a query on the same and asked the Company to resubmit the form. The Company instead of resubmitting the form, refiled the same form and generated new SRN No. and the company did the same thing twice. Now ROC has issued notices to the Company on the basis of the said two SRN No.s for condonation of delay. To add more in the situation, ROC has in the meantime approved the first form on which it has raised query for re-submission and updated the index of charges with wrong amount i.e. with the amount of Rs.1Crore. Can any body explain how to rectify the index and cancel those two SRN No. which are wrongly generated? Has CLB power to cancel those SRN No.s which are wrongly generated?
