CLB PETITION

Following the Procedure to file petition u/s 141.

1).File Form for which petition have to be filed.

2). Receive letter from ROC informing to file Petition with CLB.

3). Hold board meeting for authorising filing Petition and appearing before CLB.

4).Make ready the Petition along with Affidavit verifying petition and Memorandum of Appearance for appearing before CLB.

5). Make full set of Petition attaching I). Main Petition 2). Affidavit verifying petition 3). Memorandum of Association 4). Related Form for which petition is filing 5). Letter from ROC 6). Memorandum of Appearance 7). Acknowledgement  of filing Petition with ROC 8). Demand Draft.

7). Send it to CLB for filing.

Along with the documents above mentioned in point no. 5). , Resolution passed in the Board meeting is also required to add with the full set of petition.

Can u tell me what are the documets required to be filed with the E-form 61 to ROC?

whether physical copy of petition is required to be filed or not?

The full set of Petition is required to file with ROC before submit it to CLB. With Form -61, attach full scanned set of Petition, and upload this form with ROC, u wil get Acknowledgement generated online and along with this acknowledgement, submit original set of petition with CLB.

Further, no need to file it physically with ROC.

Along with the documents above mentioned in point no. 5). , Resolution passed in the Board meeting is also required to add with the full set of petition.
