Dear Colleagues,
I am planning to file a petition with CLB for shifting of Registered Office from one state to another. Can anyone help me in--
1. Providing me a sample copy of the complete set of petition and annexure to be filed with CLB, Delhi Bench.
2. Stamp duty etc. that need to be affixed on the petition.
3. Sample of all the affidavits to be filed with the petition.
4. Manner in which the acknowledgement of the copy of petition served upon ROC and Chief secretary of the state is to be filed.
5. Cronological sequence of the events / steps to be followed in this event.
The set is required urgently as almost one month is going to elapse since the advertisement in the newspaper.
