Clarified in cwa final examination

Hello,
I am  student in icwai final. I registered in may 2011 for icwai final in postal coaching.I appear single or both group in december 2011 examination.If somebody says only single group appeared in december examination because if finish six months only. If both groups appear only after one year of registration.If new syllabus appeared in both groups. please clarify me and send me exam preperation tips
