Clarification in Section 194I
We are a Private Limited company and we are paying the rent for Plant & Machinery and Land & Building. Request you to kindly confirm what is the TDS Section for the both.

If you are asking Tds section for both rent for use of P&M and L&B is 194 -I of the income tax act 1961
Yes... Both are same sec of 194I..
But,
TDS rate is Different...
- Land and Building @ 10%
- Plant and Machinery @ 2%
So, I ask the payments....

And also T. Limit is 180000/- (one lac eigthty thousand )
