I issued a invoice for 1000000 & collected ST thereon & i filed a return for same now i reailsed its actual invoice is 800000, can i claim refund or adjust

Comply with the provision of Rule 6(3) of CCR 2004 and retain proper records if there is any scrutiny. You have to prove there is renegotiation of invoice.
