Claiming of treaty exemption

Sir,

My query

A resident in India has provided professional service to a client in Philipines. A witholding tax have been deducted @ 30% while remitting payment for the service rendered. 

How can a resident in india claim treaty exemption while filing IT returns. Please guide.

Dear Sir

 

u can Claim Deduction for DTAA under section 90 or 91 as the case may be.

For claiming deduction yo wil have to provide all necessary documents 

- TRC

- Bill Raised

- Remittance Proof etc.
