Claiming last year TDS in current year

Can i claim last year TDS in current year income tax filing AY 2019-20. I haven't filed last year return.please advice?

No.... You can't claim last Year TDS in current year ITR.

But, You can try to file Condonation delay request for Non-Filings of ITR in PY...

In normal course you can not file. Last date was 31-3-2019.

However you can apply to your jurisdictional CIT under 119(2)(b) for condonation of delay with genuine reasons and after it's approval you can file return.

In AY 2019-2020 you can not claim TDS of last AY 2018-2019

1. The claim of TDS cannot be made since the last date for filing the ROI relating to the previous year is 31.03.2019.  
2. However as explained by expert above AO can be approached u/s 119(2)(b), specifying the reason for not filing the ROI. If accepted, the return can be filed and TDS balance can be claimed. 
Please correct me if the above solution has an alternative view.

ITS UNDER SEC 119(2)(B).
LOG INTO YOUR INCOME TAX PROFILE AND RAISE A RECTIFICATUON REQUWST.

Online Condonation request not available for Non-Filing of ITR...
