hey there juz wanna know that whether i can claim GST output tax i have given while purchasing my car from maharashtra if i purchase on account of my firm based in UP i.e. whether i can claim input ITC while filing GSTR 3B of December.
PS: Vehicle purchased on 01st of december from Mumbai.
Yes, the ITC can be claimed .The vehicle should be used for Business Purpose .
