Claiming ITC

Sir/ Mam,
I have shown ITC in GSTR 3B for the invoices I possess. I have excess ITC in GSTR 2A, whether shall I claim those excess ITC as per GSTR 2A without having physical tax invoice? Please guide me in this regard.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses whether Input Tax Credit (ITC) can be claimed based on GSTR 2A figures alone, even without possessing the physical tax invoice. The consensus is that a physical tax invoice is a mandatory requirement for claiming ITC. You cannot claim ITC for inward supplies that are not yours or if you do not have the requisite documentation.

No...
If it's not Your inwards then You don't be avail the Taxes...
Thank you sir
