1. I have purchased good on 25th sept 2017, on which GST was levied.this js the only purchase i have made.
2. I obtained my GST number by 10th oct 2017.
I am filing my ALL GST RETURNS in nov 2018.
can i claim the ITC on the goods which were in my stock on the date of GST registration?

In PY ITC available in CY September return or PYs Annual Return (31st December) whichever earlier. But, You filed Your September return also.
So, No way for claim previous bills....
