but I have purchased goods 3 days ago so can I claim the ITC on this bill against the sale.

No.. You cant claim the ITC before the approval date of gst registration.
File ITC 01 for claiming input held in stock After the Date of grant of Registration.
On basis of TRN you cannot avail ITC

after registration you can claim itc for stock in hand by filing itc 01 form online.
