Claim of input tax
we have missed some input tax purchase bill of 2019, so how we claim those bill.

Quick Summary
You can claim input tax credit of purchase bill of F.Y 2019-20 in GSTR 3b return up the return of September 2020
But you can't claim ITC of purchase relating to F.Y 2018-19 as the due date for claim of ITC is already expired.
So, if your purchase bill are after 01 April 2019 than you can claim it in 3b return up to September 2020 return.

So we are claiming input when we are preparing annual gst return right.
Is compulsory for every registered person to file annual gst return?
If the turnover is more than 2crore it's compulsory to file annual return
The due date for claiming of ITC relating the purchase for the FY2018-29 was over. Hence it is impossible.
If the bill pertains to FY 2019-20, then the last date to claim ITC is the due date of filing September months Return ( 20th October 2020 ) or the date of filling Annual Return ( GSTR-9 ), whichever is "EARLIER."
