Claim itc on hotel room
mai business ke regarding out of state ja raha hu tho kya mujhe hotel mai rukne ka itc milega (as like business promotion)

Hotel में रुकने ( Hotel Accomodation ) का आईटीसी ( ITC ) aapko miljayga Sir. But you will not be eligible to claim ITC on Food and Beverages Bill as it is specifically BLOCKED U/s 17(5) clause (b) of the CGST Act 2017.
Lekin kindly note that Hotel will never charge you IGST , toh agar aap kisi aur state main hotel services avail kar rahey hain toh aap ko lodgjng ka ITC bhi nahi mil sakta
