Claim for one time subscription paid under CGHS
1.20 Lakhs paid towards cghs subscripttion for life time. Can we claim exemption for this under medical expenses while filing ITR for pensioners.

You can claim it under premium paid u/s. 80D IT act, subject to limit under the act.
