Can any one help out how much is cost incurred to gain degree of CISA & CPA ?? time required?? & qulaification requirment??

No idea...
CISA will cost your around 500 to 600 USD. This is just the exam registration cost. The study material will cost you another 100/150 USD or so. You can ofcourse save that cost if you can get hold of photocopied study material.
