what is the cost inflation index for FY 2019-20 AY 2020-21 ??
I already googled but could not find. think it has not yet been declared, and if not why?? how should we calculate tax and invest in eligible fixed assets??

280 is for ay 2019-20. I wa t for ay 2020-21
You can estimate LTCG with app. CII for FY 2019-20, as 290.
The notification is expected within a weeks time. As suggested by Manav, you can estimate it based on 290.

It is 30th August and it has still not been notified.
