CIA (Internal Audit) as well as IPCC, Is it Possible

Hi All,

I am planning to go for IPCC as well as CIA (Certification on Internal Audit from IIA). Is it possible? here is what my confusin is.

in IPCC, after completing my Group 1 i am supposed to enter in an Articalship training. on the other hand, if i am also persuing my CIA certification then i am supposed to take 2 years Internal Audit experience from an Audit firm. so the time when i will be completing my Group 1 i might be working in an Audit company. Now, i extend this Internal Audit experience from 2 years to 3, in this case, will this experience would be considered as an Articalship exeperience what i could utilize in IPCC ??
