Hi Gurus \ Friends,

Children Allowance exemption under Direct tax is Rs 100 per month per child. Is there any age limit for the child ?

How the situation is handled if child was very young and joined in Child Creche. ( Child Father pays feed for child Care Center for Rs 4500 per month ).

its children education allowance which is exempt up to 100 per month per child for max. two children

no matter how old is child

 

in this situation no exemption will be granted
