It was gone from Amazon as the authored wanted to give it for discount on another site ( I enquired through the email id I got from the other site from where my friend got). Now it is back on Amazon. I keep suggesting this book as I lost my younger brother last year after he got discouraged doing CA (PCC) and almost took his life but he has got permanent brain damage as the supply of oxygen to brain was cut off. I wish everyone gets all the encouragement and motivation they can get.
