Dear friends,

I was curious about two things which i want to share with you.

1) Can a chartered accountant practice in a residential premises such as a cooperative housing society or a condominium ?

2) Can a Chartered Accountant practice in a rental premises covered under the 'pagri/pagdi" law of Mumbai ?

Thank you

Yours faithfully,
