Dear sirs/ madam,
we supply artificial teeth to Dental charitable trust, who are registers under section 12A of Income tax act 1961. so can we make them exempted invoice ?????? and also note that they are charging to patients for artificial teeth.
please advice shall we give them exempted invoice or GST invoice.

There is no exemption notification which provides exemtption to supply of artificial teeth to any charitable organisation registered under section 12A. In my view, you have to pay the GST AND take credit. Pl recover GST in the invoice from the recipient.
