Dear Dilip,
Charges depends on the person's capability and knowledge. If u just want to file ITR-4 and u have prepared the Balance Sheet yourself then the charges may vary from Rs. 500 to Rs. 5,000/-. It also depends on the area in which you are residing. Generally the Lawyers charges less as compared to Chartered Accountants.
