Charge Modification - No Charge ID

You can request MCA to create Charge ID for Form 8 filed along with the Receipt details generated then.

Provide the relevant details of charge which you had filed earlier.

MCA would create Charge ID and then u can later do the modification.

First you have to create charge ID, then only form 8 for modification can be filed.

Vikas- for safer side- pl write a letter to the RoC within due date giving the details of the modification as well as detail of the original charge and your inability to file form 8 online and request them to create a charge id for the same.

this will prove your no fault in future.

You need to approach the concerned ROC for creation of the Charge ID. for this you will have to take the necessary Form 8 with challan copy of the fees paid. check the SRN status of the form if the same has been approved by the ROC or if in case kept for resubmission or users clarification. if the same has been approved than you may directly make an application signed by any one of the Director for creation of the charge ID. the application shall be accompanied by the Form 8, Documents Attached, ad challan copy of the fees paid.
