Yaaa need many change in co. Act as some are the topics have no practical relevance

Also want that at least 40 marks question should based on only concept that never be in pm or study material and anwer only those who have really a gud deep concept rather than mugup frm pm sm
And sagar parmar dont u think that isca is of no relevance in ca final in addition to some topics of companies act
For sure sagar it os only becauae of the ques of pm and rtp some students cleared their exams without conceptual knowlegldge
There are such like transfer proceceture.. sale of share and etc... which not at all exist due to DEMAT still there
I see many people who getting far from the department Acc which is totally concept based and and have a every formula its own relevance
There should be one paper of SEBI & Capital Markets and one paper of International Taxation in Final Course in place of ISCA.
There is one more subject just like an assignment for presentation should be included in the course and it may be
Attached with isca because as there is 50% marks for isca and 50% marks to prepare assignment and presentation....

And amit it is a good idea to get 50 % weightage to presentation a ca student require it a most
