it is mandatory to file form llp 3 in case of change of regi ofc of llp from one state to another state

s form 15 is mandatory know but form 3 is mandatory to file supplementary agreement or not

any change in the LLP agreement filed at incorporation, shall be informed to RoC in specified forms. as you must have substituted the registered office clause with new one , you shall intimate the same to RoC.
