Dear members,
on 8.11.2010 a board resolution for change in registred office WITHIN THE CITY of the LISTED company was passed and we will be filing form 18 WITH ROC tomorow..
can anyone please tell me other than filing form 18 wat needs to be done as per listing agreement.. is there any specific clause for the same under the agreement.?????

Give notice of board meeting to stock exchange and then after board meeting also sent the outcome of that meeting. After shifting the office also send the intimation to stock exchange.

After approval with ROC, please update your own website and also make necessary changes in corporate information section of NSE and BSE website,where the shares of the company is listed.
