Change of name of company in service tax records

you can fill up the application online, and print the same and submit it to your range office along with PAN and incorporation certificate

Log into ACES and amend ST1 and submit the hard copy of amended ST1 along with the proof of name change.

Go to www.aces.gov.in

Logon to your account and click "Amend ST1" 

Take the print out of amended ST1 and submit to the respective jurisdiction.

You will be receiving the ST 2 in few days through mail 

Procedures:

1st step - Log in to Service tax website- (www.aces.gov.in)

2nd step-Fill form ST1 Amendment details.

3rd Step-Online Submision of form ST 1.

4th Step - Submit hard copy to the department with proof.

Do they charge you any fees for the ammendment? 

there is a spelling mistake in my company name and I need it to be corrected. Kindly update me if any steps differs from the above conversation.

which type of document required for change the name of any company in service tax.. when the name is alrealy changed in ROC of same company.. kindly help me and reply me as soon as possible at  guruhari02 @ gmail.com.
