The Name of a private limited company is to be changed,necessary board resolution has been filed along with Form 1A. Now please help me regarding format of Resolution of EGM and if EGM is to be called at shorter time,then whether form 22A is to be filed with ROC. And next steps to be followed

see your artical for calling egm at shorter notice and if artical saying to take consent then you take consent on form 22A for shorter notice.

in the notice of EGM i already provided the shareholder resolution and it's not necessary to attched form no. 22A attached in form no. 23. form no. 22A taking for your record only not for filing with form no. 23.

Dear Nikhil, yes there is requirement to have consent from atleast all the share holders, mostly its 90% of shareholders consent to conduct the meeting in shorter notice. And yes there is requirement to attach the shorter notice in form 22A otherwise you will face the difficulty as teh form will be rejected at ROC end.
