Please tell me the disclosure requirements by a company after changing the name. Is the comapny required to disclose the old name in the annual report? if yes till how many years?

Yes., they have to discloe..., I dont know about legal provision.., but the company has to give New as well as formal name for atleast nxt 5 Years...
