Change of HUF Karta during survival of Karta

Sirs,

 

Please advice can the Karta of HUF be changed to a new co-parcner during life time of karta, with the reason Karta wants new karta to disscharge his duties?

Is there any such format for affidavit or agreement.

Power of Attorney - Family Karta can give to any member of HUF. ...  by mention all his contents or specific power by nominating to act on behalf of by default Karta

Normally the eldest male Will be the karta of huf but other Co parceners can be made as karta with the consent of other members
