Change of financial year - petition to be filed with clb now

Dear Sir,

Can you provide list of docs and supportings to be filed with petition u/s 2(41).  There is no specific list provided in CLB regulations or CA 2013?

 

MCA has now notified that till NCLT is formed, powers for approving change of financial year under Section 2(41) will be exercised by CLB.  Copy of Companies (Removal of Difficulties) Third Order 2014 notified on 2.6.2014 in this regard is attached for your information.
