Change of email id & regain password

Sir, 

I had filed my returns through an agency. Now the concerned person is not responding to any of the matter. Hence i am not able to e file my returns as i dont have the password. Also i want to change the e mail id and my residential address.

My details are as under :

PAN No.:  ABEPV2543G

Name : BABU D. VARGHESE

Date of Birth : 31/05/1959

Fathers Name : Daniel Varghese

Residential address at the time of Registration :  RAM-RATNA C.H.S. LTD., C-3, 304, Ramdev Park, Mira Road (E), Bhd. Shivar Garden, Dist. Thane - 401107.

E mail ID : babuvarghese50 @ yahoo.com

Mobile No. : 9323745151 / 9702218846

Please help me in this matter.

If you have last years ITR V or the efiling acknowledgement number, you can change your login password by clicking on "FORGOT PASSWORD" link and then selecting "Enter e-Filed Acknowledgement Number
and Bank Account Number" option. You will be asked to enter an email id wherein the new password will be sent by the department. Use the new password to login and then change the password as per your convinence.
