But where do you want to change your email id? In ICAI exam website?

Yes...Actually I've changed it already...But it's left unverified...And for verification i need to access previous email id...
So is there any other way to verify the new one...?

Yes you can change the mail id on icai exam website by logging in and change the primary mail id under My Account Tab

I've done it already...Problem lies in it's Verification and that I'm not able to do as previous id is not at all accessible...I don't think there's any other way...

Write an email to the ICAI Student department, Exam department, and Self Service Portal(SSP) Department. They'll verify your student credentials and then help you change your details.

I think u don't need Ur previous email id for this. The verification code will be sent to your new email id which you have added. Because the same thing happened with me when I changed my mobile number there.
