While filing the Form DIN-3 with MCA date of appointment of director has been written wrongly instead of actual date of appintment as per form-32.so i want to know rectify the same.so pls help me out for same.

Get a fresh DIN 2 from the concerned director and file DIN 3 again within 7 days of getting DIN 2. In this DIN 3 mention the correct date of appointment as per Form 32. Master Data will gety corrected. Last year, even I filed DIN 3 for the same and my problem was resolved
