Is it necessary to file form 23B if the tax auditor and stat auditor of a private limited company? If so then what is the time limit?

hi as far as clear from your question, it is necessary to file form 23B in case of change of auditor of a pvt. Ltd. also within 30 days.. in case tax audit, it is not necessary as it is governed by Income Tax Act, not by Companies Act..
