Change of Address on Service Certificate

For change in address you have submit Form ST-1 online for amendment in ST-2. The site is (www.aces.com)

Take the print out of form ST-1 and acknowledgment.

Submit the same (ST-1 and acknowledgment along with Address proof ) to Service tax department.

For change in address you have submit ST-1 online amendment in ST-2.(www.aces.com)

In your case First you have to submit one declaration form to Service Tax Department because you are existing service tax no. holder then department will send details of  TPIN number and user ID by email on your ID. With the help of this  have to login on (www.aces.com). and then you can see the all the details which you have on your old serivce tax certificate. Then you have choose amend certificate option by filing ST1 form. after filling of Amended ST1, one acknoweldgement will generate. take print out of Amended ST1 and acknoweldgement and then submit at your range department along with necessary document as mentioned in acknoweldgement. New amended certificate you will get by E-mail after 5 to 10 days.

Sir,

One of my claint was changed his address.  At the time of taken the service tax the registration manualy he applied and taken the registration .  Please help me how to get the user name and ID from the department through online.

in case of change of address due to municipality change of address u have to submit a declaration with new notificed address, here the premises code will remain same. 

in case u have shifted the place of registration then u have to write to superintendent to shift the file totarget juridiction, and at target juridiction u have to request for "new premises code" by submitting the proof of address ( new), old range will send file to new range and new range will issue acceptance with new premises code. registration will remain same.
