Change name in icsi registration wrong name registered

firstly u will   contact the icsi institute 

cont. no. delhi office 011-45341076-77.and noida office 0120-4522000

and ask the problem.

u can contact noida office(Director of student service) through letter as well as mail, and take DD for Rs.50 in favour of ICSI, New Delhi , then they will change ur name and issues new ID card

they'll change it within few days and mail u back.

my was registured with ICSI as MAHARANA PRATAP CHAUDHARY , and its changed to VISHAL CHAUDHARY via an affidavit of an first class magistrate. 

i pass cs foundation programme,in june 2013 batch, n now m pursuing for cs executive 2014 dec term. 

so don't know what to do next. somebody please help me,

Hello my name is Falguni Suthar.I had registered with ICSI in august 2012 for CS executive. they had registered me as Falgoni Suthar instead of Falguni.please rectify this mistake.
