My wife is doing CA (final course), now she wants to change the surname and address in the institute documents, whats the procedure??, what documents be send to change the particulars??, where to send the request for change??,

U have to visit nearest ICAI office & submit a handwritten letter for change of address & name.
For change of address "New address Proff" a electricity bill or Telephone bill to be attached.
