MY QUESTION IS WHAT IS PENALTY IF A DELAER IN MAHARSHTRA NOT INFORMED THE SALES TAX AUTHORITY ABOUT CHANGE IN PLACE OF BUSINESS ?

As per Sec 74(3)(d) not informing about the change in place of business as required under Sec 18(1)(b) attracts fine and imprisonment for a term of 6 months
