mr X sold goods of 2 lakh on 2nd nov with GST 28%, on 4th Dec the goods of 1 lakh are returned and purchaser calculated GST 18%, in his debit note ? who will bear the 10 GST ?

ok ,should we insist him to issue a debit note in December with GST 28 % ?

a cooperative society doing a work on tender what gst charge can apply or not
please refer the section it is clear
in debit note mention your original invoice number and date ... then you charge 28% on it
