Change in capital before filing llp agreement

Hello there,

I would require some help with a question. We have just incorporated with the agreement yet to be filed. Now in the forms, we had put a capital as X. Now, we want to reduce the capital because of certain changes that have come up suddenly. Can you guide me whether this is possible? Can we decrease contribution in the LLP now, before filing the LLP Agreement?
