Change email & phone-no in shop & establishment (lms) login?

We had got our Gumasta License registered by hiring an agent. He registered it via his agency's email and phone number. Now they have closed their activities; and our licence is due for renewal.

Please guide what shall we do? How can we renew our licence and change our email & phone number on Labour management system website..?
