Challenging the marks awarded

I received my certified copies from institute. I'm not satisfied by the marks awarded to me in the question 3 of financial reporting paper of May 13. i checked my answer with suggested answer and it was matching. The only difference way the method of arriving the answer. Can i get my marks changed in it, since i got 55 marks and they had given me only 6 marks in that question.

In my SFM paper i had got 41 marks but the checker/examiner had cut those marks and put 34 marks but in the mark sheet they had given me 36. Same in the case of corporate law i got 40 but in the mark sheet they had given me 42.

In my opinion...don't challenge the icai..but bring this issue in front of ICAI president & examination deptt. Secretary.

Thats why now in 2nd page of suggested answers a disclaimer has been added saying inter alia that SAs are not the base of checking answersheets of candidates it is only material for guidance of students & developed by faculties of BoS. In my opinion it will be a wastage of your time & energy but if at all you want to do it as you have claimed certified copies it gives you the right to make a proper presentation . I had got 58 in FR & 57 in AA&PE in May 11 but 'no change' was the result same way in Nov 12 my aggregate was 192 & I got same result for verification.
