Hello,

Can anyone please give me some advise as I got an email from TDSCPC, saying Challan overbooked/Challan Mismatch. For more information I will forward email, please find below.

M/s TECHIEJACK SYSTEMS LLP,

Challan Mismatch/Challan Overbooked/PAN Error have been identified in the preliminary check of Regular statement filed by you for Quarter Q3 of F.Y 2017-18 for Form 24Q for TAN ending with 907A.
Your statement has been put on hold. You can apply online correction within 7 days to avoid potential defaults of Short Payment and PAN Error.
In case you do not avail this opportunity the statement would be processed with TDS defaults on account of Challan Mismatch/Challan Overbooked/PAN Error.
Justification Report & Consolidated TDS file will be available only after complete processing of TDS statement.

Sir, you do one thing, first of all you just download the jurisdictional report from tracess website for f y 2017-18 Q3 24q, then just verify the report for any mismatch of amount and amounts you have matched. after find out the error we can correct it through online correction or other method

I have the same issue but when we are trying to download the justification report the " button of HTTP Download" is not active.

kindly guide that how can we rectify this error, The due date for rectification is 14th June 2018. Please guide how can we rectify this with the guidance of department.
