challan error

I am also facing the same problem. From last 10 days, whenever I try to create my GST challan, I get "System Error" Also no answer from helpdesk..neither on email or call. I would like to mention few things : 1) All my entries in profile show same things twice..I don't know why.. For example.. Authorised Signatory, bank accounts, VAT no. , CST no. , digital signature, etc..everything has been repeated..same thing twice. 2) DSC registration is also showing two times.. So can you please confirm, if you also have same repeated entries? or something like that? my email id is sgstsk @ gmail.com

no i don't have any problem like that.. no double entries.. i just cant create my challan.

the problem is solved now. Please check if you can create challan now.
