Cgst & Sgst or Igst on RCM to be deposited under GTA if goods transported from telengana to kolkata
Sir, pls resolve my query, I purchased goods from Secunderabad to kolkata, now Under GTA services I require to pay GST under Rcm. But in this case I have to pay tax as in IGST or CGST, SGST.

If GTA is of West Bengal then CGST+SGST and in any other case IGST
Does it matter if GTA is of WB or other state. As GST is to be PD on transport charges and input tax credit is to availed by recipient himself, IGST is to be paid.
