In Jan15 taken credit as Cenvat+Cess+ShCess but said credited amount now need to reverse in Part II in March15. As per union budget 2015 Cess and Sh Cess is omitteed. Also there is no openeing balance in Part II as on 1/3/15.
Now how to reverse credited Cess + Sh Cess amout in Part II in March'15 ........Pls. give advice

You can transfer Cenvat from Basic to Ed Cess and Sh Ed Cess and then reverse the amount.

You can pay cash in cess account then you can adjust for reversal.
