what is the applicable percebrage of education cess for financial year 2018-19

For FY 2018-19....... ‘Secondary and Higher Education cess’ of (2+1)% is discontinued and ‘Health and Education Cess’ at 4% on tax (including surcharge) is introduced, by finance act, 2018.
