Certified copy/inspection

i also have the same doubt and need the answer for the same pls anyone revert back 

Certified copies are the copies of your answer sheets...but this does not have the option to revalue your papers... even if you find any discrepancy in the marking, you cannot make the institute liable

while in the case of inspection your answer sheets shall be revalued again...

If you have applied for both then no issues...your answer sheets shall be revalued...

Also u ll receive the certified copies

Certify Copies - Copies will be delivered to your communication address

Inspection - You have to personally visit New Delhi to inspect copies.

Reverification can be done in both the cases.

i have applied for certified copies tday of sfm paper and isca

as said in earlier posts by ppl..

CERTIFIED COPY means they will send u a copy of ur answer sheet to ur communication address

INSPECTION means u will have to go to Delhi and check it..its like a proper inspection

since am in bangalore..i have just applied for certified copy...

ie in the form i have ticked only certified copy..

and my experience :

in my pcc i had got some 25 in cost..tat was unbelievable for me..so wat i did was..applied for certified copy seperately and verification seperately..

i got my verification result..which said there was a disrepancy in marks..but whn the marks card came home it was an increase of only 1 mark..

i got the certified copy a week before my next attempt.. and it told it tat they do check properly because my answers had lines on it...and the sentences made no sense.. but the correctin was really bad...i mean the marking scheme was really pathetic..

but the next attempt i got 52 in the same subject..

this time in finall..they have failed many ppl in isca and sfm..  hhave applied for certified copy of both..because previous attempt i got 59 in isca and 52 in sfm...so i wanna kno wat went wrong tat i got below 40.. (have given them for verification also seperately)

so basically the certified copies just gives u the way they correct.. iit doesnt reveal any marking scheme...

Certified copy means you will get the certified photocopy of your answer sheet delivered to your residential address wherein inspection of answer sheet, you will be called by ICAI on a specific date to their office to inspect your original answer sheet physically. But you can't get both though option is there to avail both i.e certified copy as well as inspection. I am saying this from my personal experience as once I choose both option but only cerified copy was delivered to my address but ICAI never called me up to inspect the original copy. Now its up to the student to choose either certified copy or inspection, in certified copy you will have your answer sheet photo copy with you which you can refer at later stage which is not possible in inspection
